Methodologie

Déroulement projet

Average duration between 2 and 6 months depending on functional complexity and the number of target platforms.

At the end of this phase, the high-fidelity mockups and UX/UI specifications are ready for development.

Phase 3 — Multi-framework development

Choice of the most relevant framework according to the need (React Native, Flutter, PWA...).

Implementation of the technical architecture, design system and the necessary APIs.

Fast iterations based on feedback, tests and continuous integration to ensure quality and stability.

Phase 4 — Testing, Launch, and Optimization

Functional, performance and accessibility tests.

Publication on stores or internal deployment depending on the environment (iOS, Android, web).

Monitoring of first uses, collection of user feedback and optimization iterations.

This phase concludes with a stable, measured and scalable application.

Phase 5 — Product monitoring and evolution

Analysis of usage data and prioritization of developments.

Support on the post-launch roadmap to maintain quality, enrich functionalities and extend user satisfaction.
