This initiative was born from the collaboration between Tiwis and Daito Design, based on an assessment of needs in the maritime oil industry, in particular in the search for underwater deposits. These operations are cumbersome, complex, and the information on their progress is often of low quality.
This research project allowed us to develop a comprehensive POC financed, tested and validated by a major player in the sector.

Objectifs
  • Redefining a legal offer aligned with MV's DNA
  • Clarifying the firm's positioning and affirming its identity
  • Implement steering and management methods
  • Deploy a structured commercial approach and strengthen the acquisition

  • Definition of MV's DNA and value proposition
  • Redefinition of the offer according to the types of customers, with the implementation of subscription models
  • Creation of a new visual identity and a graphic charter (logo, colors, major supports...)
  • Development of a new website and associated communication tools
  • Implementation of KPIs and analysis tools
  • Establishment of governance and communication routines
  • Implementation of HR tools and recruitment procedures
  • Launch of external communication processes and partnerships
